'Domestos Zero Limescale'

Hands up all those people who actually take the time to descale their kettle every so often ...

I'm a big fan of Domestos as a household cleaner - never without at least one big bottle in the bathroom in Perth where it works wonders in the sink, along the bathroom walls and toilets. Of course, we do try to be environmentally conscious, using as much green stuff as possible but sometimes stubborn soap scum needs a dash of Domestos.

No, we cannot use the household variety in our kettles to remove that flaky deposit caused (to quote dictionary.com) by the action of heat on water containing calcium salts.

But wait .... now there is Domestos Zero Limescale, which makes it ever so easy.

But before you try it, try finding the 10 germs hiding in limescale ...

Or maybe we'll just reach for zero limescale instead.

You can find it on your supermarket shelves in the UK but I wonder if this is now available in Australia? And I so wish they would introduce it to Bangkok.
